About the position
For this position, the 'initial commit' would belong to you and you'd have the opportunity to be part of our core team that is growing Denario and getting us to the next 1000 customer, working with our Co-founder, Philipp, and leading the demand generation across all relevant channels:
- Develop a local acquisition strategy that increases the number of leads, conversations and closed deals required to drive growth among strategic targets in Europe.
- Using sales techniques (e.g. MEDDIC framework) to identify high value customers across relevant sales channels (via existing networks, LinkedIn, drip campaigns, events, etc.).
- Making our product fit for customer use-cases and working closely with our Head of Growth to become the primary advocate for our customers internally and communicating new feature requests**.**
- Supporting our partnerships strategy by organising webinars, showcasing our solutions and engaging with the community.

What's required
- A minimum of 2+ years in customer acquisition ideally for B2B/SaaS in a startup/scaleup environment.
- Your main concern is to obsess about our customers and partners. It’s important that you can connect well with them, understanding their needs and being empathetic to their situation.
- You are output-driven and you like to have a visible impact on a daily basis (increase sales metrics).
